AMC 3101 W/Ni/Cr/Co/Fe

• A composite wire product designed exclusively for thermal spraying and the first of our RCT coatings.
  
• The resultant deposit can either be applied as-sprayed or heat treated to produce an RCT coating.
  
• Coatings to date are working in environments with temperatures exceeding 2200 degrees F.
  
• ASTM G48 @ 100 degrees C, some discoloration.
  
• The first RCT composite coating to form precipitated carbides.
